I found a great freebie online scheduler this week. It saved me so much time it was incredible. It would have been a nightmare to deal with signing so many people up for sessions without it.

If we’d had to email back and forth to set up each one I’d have torn all my hair out! But we ended up using this site HERE

You can block off times; you can set it up for 15, 30 and 60 minute blocks, and the system sends out reminders to the clients who signed up for appointments.

It doesn’t take out-of-the-US people, so I just had folks use my address and phone number and it worked great – all I needed was their name and email address anyway, since I already had the rest of the info from their applications.

I give it an 8 out of ten because it has no place where I can describe my business, and there is no way to properly set up appointments for folks outside the US. I’m always looking for better stuff, so if you know of an online scheduler that is better, I’d love to hear about it.
